Germinating Diesel Auto
Diesel Auto does best when directly sown into an 11L pot. Because of her rapid growth, exposing her to stress when transplanting can stunt her growth. To sidestep this issue, simply fill your final container with a growing medium rich in organic matter and pop in your seed.
Add a pinch of mycorrhizal fungi powder before covering the hole and misting. As soon as sprouts emerge from the soil (usually 2–3 days after sowing), start running your indoor grow lights for 24 hours daily. Within a week, your Diesel Auto seedling will stand at a height of around 5cm.

Vegetative Phase
Diesel Auto doesn’t grow big, but she certainly packs on mass quickly relative to her size. In an 11L pot, you can expect your plant to have grown to 10cm by the end of week two. From here, you can simply keep your plant in the same position or move your pot outdoors to a sunny yet sheltered spot. If you’d prefer slightly taller plants, leave them untrained to peak at 70–110cm. Make sure to water your plants only when the top few centimetres of soil are completely dry, and feed them a couple of times a week with an organic liquid feed high in nitrogen.

Expect your Diesel Auto plants to stretch during the start of bloom. Make an effort to prune away any yellowing leaves and those obstructing bud sites from direct light. Reduce the indoor light cycle to 18 hours on and 6 hours off to save on energy. Apply a fertiliser higher in potassium and phosphorus and lower in nitrogen to assist flower development.
