Hummus is a popular food all over the world in many forms and in many variations. This tasty recipe is easy to make and tastes amazing!

CANNABIS HUMMUS

Yields 6 to 8 Servings

What You Need:

  • Blender or food processor
  • ¼ cup (organic) tahini
  • ¼ cup (organic) lemon juice, freshly squeezed without seeds
  • 15 ounce can of (organic) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/8th -1/4 cup Cannaoil-- cannabis-infused oil (depending on your desired potency and effect)
  • ½ cup ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika

Directions:

Combine lemon juice and tahini in blender. Blend for 30 seconds.
Add chickpeas, garlic, Canna Oil, Cumin and Water. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Pour the hummus in a serving bowl, sprinkle some paprika on top and a little more oil over the hummus, cover and store in the refrigerator to cool for later.

Great with pita bread, as a dip for vegetables, on sandwiches and more. Enjoy!
