1. Lemon Shining Silver Haze
Lemon Shining Silver Haze is an instant favourite among Haze-loving indoor growers.
Our breeders created this powerhouse by crossing Lemon Skunk with Shining Silver Haze. Despite its sativa-dominant nature, Lemon Shining Silver Haze reaches a medium height, but retains that energetic and cerebral high Hazes are known for. As well as being easy to manage, her dense and resinous colas pack an impressive 21% THC.
After hitting a blunt, bowl, or joint ded with these flowers, you’ll experience a wave of citrus striking your taste buds. Shortly after, you’ll feel her cognitive high start to set in, inspiring creative thoughts as it goes. But what about her yields? No worries here—Lemon Shining Silver Haze is capable of returning up to 650g/m² when grown under powerful lights.

2. Amnesia Haze
It won’t take you long to see this name plastered on jars in a dispensary or coffeeshop.
Despite its rapid ascent to fame, Amnesia Haze has stood the test of time in Amsterdam and further afield. But what makes this strain different? Well, high levels of THC, a deeply relaxing high, and brilliant yields are a good place to start.
Our version of Amnesia Haze stems directly from the original. The cultivar produces slender colas doused in resin containing 22% THC. Once you light her up, you’ll enjoy moreish flavours of citrus, earth, herbs, and pepper as a muscle-melting body high begins to creep in. After a flowering time of 10–11 weeks, expect to reap a bounty of up to 650g/m² indoors.

3. Punch Pie
This collaborative strain from Royal Queen Seeds and Tyson 2.0 delivers heavyweight yields in tight indoor spaces.
As the progeny of Purple Punch and Purple Kush, Punch Pie pairs fruity and sweet flavours with a deeply relaxing psychoactive effect. Soak your seeds for 12–24 hours before placing them into soil plugs. Start running your grow lights for 24 hours per day as soon as sprouts emerge to facilitate rapid growth and prevent legginess. Once seedlings reach a height of 3 cm, transplant them into 15–20 l containers filled with a high-quality growing medium. Maintain a steady temperature of 25°C and a humidity of 60% for optimal growth during veg, and reduce the light cycle to 18 hours on and six hours off. Expect plants to reach a height of 5 cm by the end of week two and 12–15 cm by the end of week three. Apply training now if you’re looking to keep your plants more compact and stealthy. Once your specimens hit 20–25 cm, reduce the light cycle to 12 hours on and 12 hours off to induce flowering.
As your Punch Pie plants start to produce flowering hormones, they’ll stretch up to 80–110 cm depending on the training techniques and pot size you opted for. Routinely thin out the canopy to promote airflow and light penetration. Over the next 7–9 weeks, you’ll watch small pre-flowers quickly mature into large purple-green buds coated with resin. Prepare to harvest, trim, and dry up to 600 g/m². After curing your buds, you’ll experience a fast-acting physical high fuelled by a THC content of 22%. Flavours of fruit, candy, and blueberry are the cherry on top!

4. Sweet ZZ
Sweet ZZ stands as one of our most popular strains, and it won’t take you long to figure out why.
This cultivar ticks all of the boxes, boasting a THC content of 22%, stunning purple-green colas, sweet flavours, and the ability to churn out a significant yield even in confined indoor spaces. Our breeders brought this variety to life by crossing Grape Ape and Grapefruit, giving rise to a hybrid featuring 80% indica and 20% sativa genes.
If you’re searching for an indica that never fails to cast a heavy, euphoric high over the body and mind, then you just found it. We designed this variety for late-night smoking sessions fuelled by sugary snacks and deep conversations. Her delicious candy-like flavours are best enjoyed through a vape or infused into brownies, cakes, and other sweet treats. Raise this strain with high-powered lights and solid nutrition, and she’ll repay you with 550–600g/m² of sweet buds indoors.

5. Blue Gelato
RQS breeders have contributed to the Gelato family tree in more ways than one. Blue Gelato shares the same parents as the original Gelato, but with a significant fruity twist. We added legendary Blueberry genetics into the mix to take her flavour profile to another level. This resulted in a phytochemical mix that pairs a THC content of 23% with one of the most unique terpene profiles you’ll find; prepare for notes of blueberry, diesel, and earth in perfect harmony.
As you can imagine, this chemical cocktail results in red eyes and a surge of dopamine that will have you chatting and laughing for hours to come. Blaze these buds during low-key smoking sessions with close friends or at parties filled with stoners. You’ll find yourself having fun either way! After tending to her throughout the growing cycle, you can expect a rewarding yield of up to 600g/m² indoors.

6. Lemon Skunk
As one of the highest-yielding indoor strains, Lemon Skunk provides bulky harvests alongside fruity flavours and a creative high. Born of a cross between Skunk #1 and Citral, the cultivar does a great job of putting the best Skunk traits on display. Keep things nice and simple by sowing seeds directly into 15 l containers to avoid having to transplant later down the line. This strain thrives at a consistent temperature of 27°C and a humidity of around 60%. Expect your plants to top out at 10 cm by the end of week two, 15 cm by the end of week three, and up to 20 cm by the end of week four. Apply some light defoliation to prepare the canopy for bloom and switch to a light cycle of 12 hours on and 12 hours off to trigger flowering.
Your Lemon Skunk plants will quickly grow up to 120 cm during bloom if left untrained, forming a dense canopy with a large central cola. If you apply topping and LST during veg, your plants will remain as small as 80 cm. This fruitful cultivar will churn out up to 650 g/m² after a relatively brief flowering phase of 8–9 weeks. After drying and curing your sizeable stash, prepare to experience a creative yet physically relaxing high accompanied by potent flavours of skunk and lime.

7. Trainwreck
Don’t think for a moment that we’d attempt to build a list of the best indoor strains for yield and potency without including Trainwreck!
As the offspring of legendary Mexican, Thai, and Afghan landrace genetics, this variety not only offers big harvests but provides an energetic and cerebral high perfect for daytime hours. Germinate seeds using the paper towel method and place them in their final growing containers once their taproots reach a length of 1–2 cm. Keep your lights on for at least 18 hours per day during veg and you can expect your plants to reach 5 cm by the end of week one and 15 cm by the end of week three. By the end of week five, your plants will stand at around 40 cm. Reduce your light cycle to 12 hours on and 12 hours off at this point to trigger flowering.
During bloom, your Trainwreck plants will produce large and dense colas with impressive trichome density. Their sativa-dominant nature will cause them to stretch all the way up to 150 cm if left untrained. Make sure you have enough stash jars prepared to store up to 600 g/m². After processing your flowers and giving them time to cure, you’ll enjoy mouthwatering flavours of citrus, herbs, mint, and pine with every hit. Leverage Trainwreck's energetic effect to pursue creative projects with a newfound vigour!

8. Royal Moby
Deriving from parent strains Haze and White Widow, Royal Moby was destined for success from the get-go.
Her energetic terpenes and good levels of THC mean you can expect a productive and positive day when blazing this sativa-dominant specimen. If you’ve never gotten on well with wake-and-bake sessions in the past, Royal Moby might just change how you feel about them.
This cultivar expresses itself differently depending on where it's grown, and almost “listens” to the expectation of the grower. Outdoors, she surges to a height of 3m given the space. However, you can limit her to 80cm indoors, making her a great option for stealthy cultivators looking to keep things low-key. After a flowering time of 9–10 weeks, expect a yield of 550–600g/m² and a boatload of fruity terpenes.

9. Shining Silver Haze
What happens when you cross Haze, Skunk, and Northern Light? You get Shining Silver Haze, of course!
This sativa-dominant lady descends from greatness, and it shows. Her compact colas offer a THC content of 21% alongside medium quantities of CBD, making the high less intense and more balanced. High levels of terpenes such as limonene add an energetic element to the experience that keeps the head clear and lucid.
But how well does Shining Silver Haze perform within the confines of a grow tent? You can either let her peak at a medium height of 120cm or use a spot of topping and LST to keep her as short as 80cm tall. When it comes to yield, you’ll need enough jars to hold 600–650g/m².

10. Skunk XL
Recognised as a classic throughout the cannabis world, Skunk stems from buzzy landrace sativas.
Since its creation, the strain has gone on to form the foundation for many other cultivars. Breeders at RQS recognised the brilliance of Skunk, but saw room for improvement in the yield department. By crossing Skunk #1 with Afghan, they successfully created Skunk XL—a more productive variety that thrives indoors.
On top of this, her buds contain a THC content of 17% and medium quantities of CBD, resulting in a high that elevates the mind without overwhelming it. Beginner and veteran tokers alike will get on well with these flowers. In the grow room, growers can keep Skunk XL as small as 60cm, making her suitable for even the most confined spaces. However, she’ll still pump out up to 600–650g/m², making her worthy of her "XL" title.
