A Super Skunk Variety Descending From Skunk #1 and Afghan

An absolute classic strain which laid the genetics for the majority of marijuana seeds around today. Originally, a mix of Colombian, Mexican and Afghan land races creating the 50% Sativa 50% Indica genetic that led to a new generation of cannabis. Over the years this strain has been worked on to improve that sweet taste and big buds most commonly associated with Skunk #1. Today, Royal Queen Seeds brings this classic variety into the modern era with a feminised seed.

Skunk XL Seeds Guarantees a Smooth Growing Experience

Our Skunk XL feminised seeds will grow into plants reaching a peak height of 150cm, boasting a colossal main cola. Over all she is quite an easy plant to maintain, with little stretching during flower for a Sativa, combined with her big bud structure altogether making her a pleasant plant to grow. This relatively easy maintenance makes her suitable for both soil and hydro set ups, especially for Sea/Screen of Green operations.

When cultivated indoors, Skunk XL seeds yield 600–650g/m² under a 600W light. When grown outdoors in the elements, this feminised strain prefers a warmer climate, where it can produce up to 600g/plant. Due to her relatively short flower time she can be grown in more northern latitudes (UK, Netherlands), however, will not reach her full potential as she would indoors.

Skunk XL strain has a relatively brief flowering time of 8–9 weeks. However, some growers let plants keep going for an extra week to allow their flavour to mature. Overall her short flower time, easy grow and big yield makes her a contender for the selection of those commercial ‘cash-crops’.

Taste Profile of Skunk Strain: A Fruity High

In terms of effects, our Skunk XL strain offers a balanced mix. You’ll experience an instant head high that slowly morphs into a gentle body stone. Smokers always enjoy her sweet, fruit like, taste that makes every hit of the joint or bong a genuine pleasure to be desired after.

Try our Skunk XL feminised cannabis seeds for yourself—you won't be disappointed!

Hi there! What is the cbd content roundabout in percent?

Royal Queen Seeds Team

We normally do not give specific percentage of CBD content on our strains and avoid misinterpretations. The CBD content is partially dependent on the grow environment, feeding schedule and some other factors. That is why it is hard to say specifically what level a grower should expect. Within the feminized strains, for example O.G kush can have 0,25% CBD which we would call low value. The low THC strains are the ones that produce trace amounts of CBD in the THC dominant, with more buzzing effect. For the medium, it is in more balanced amount if it comes to THC:CBD ratio, these strains provide a bit more mild effect and help might help to alleviate simple symptoms. I would recommend choosing from the CBD strains, with them it is usually the best to make a simple selection and find the CBD dominant plant. Create a mother from this plant, and work with it. In general CBD content can be up to 8% if it is a strong CBD dominant phenotype On average: Low - below 1% Medium on - 1-3% High - 5-8%
