From here, transfer seeds directly into 11 l fabric pots filled with a growing medium amended with organic matter for nutrient retention and perlite for drainage and aeration. Fabric pots are a great choice, as they’ll keep the growing medium aerated, prevent water pooling, and prune the roots to prevent them from circling. Turn your lights on for 24 hours a day as soon as sprouts break through the surface of the soil and maintain an average temperature of 25°C and 70% humidity for optimal growth.
