Royal Queen Seeds Instagram Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Royal Queen Seeds ("Organizer"), specifically managed through the official Instagram profile @rqs_deutschland. This promotion is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

2. Contest Duration

The contest begins on the 15^th of January 2025 at 10.00 CET and ends on 22^nd of January 2025 at 11.30 CET. All entries must be submitted during this period.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be:

• 18 years or older.
• Residents of countries where Royal
• Following the @rqs_deutschland Instagram profile.

Employees of Royal Queen Seeds and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

1. Follow @rqs_deutschland on Instagram.
2. Like the contest post.
3. Comment on the post by tagging 1 friend who might be interested in the giveaway.
4. Optional: Share the contest post in their Instagram Story and tag @rqs_deutschland for an extra entry.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at 500€ consisting of:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced via the @rqs_deutschland Instagram profile on the 22^nd of January 2025
• The winner must respond within 24 hours of being notified via Instagram Direct Message to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

7. Additional Rules

• Entries that violate Instagram’s guidelines or include inappropriate content will be disqualified.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• The winner will not be entitled to reimbursement or replacement products in the event of malfunction.

Royal Queen Seeds is not responsible for:

• Any technical issues or failures on Instagram or other platforms.
• Inaccurate or incomplete entries.
• Legal restrictions in the participant’s country regarding the possession or use of cannabis seeds.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that their personal information (Instagram handle and any shared information) may be used for the purpose of contest administration. Royal Queen Seeds will not share or sell participants’ information with third parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
