GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organizer:
The giveaway is organized by BrandCo Distributing LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), with registered office at 2870 W. 10th Pl. Eugene, OR 97402

2. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open only to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of the United States.
• Are over the age of 21 at the time of entry.
• Hold valid travel documentation and are legally permitted to travel to Texas, USA. Employees of the Organizer, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate:
To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @rqsglobal on Instagram.
2. Leave at least one comment on the designated giveaway post. The comment must disclose that the comment is in exchange for a chance to win and no comments should include property that is subject to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection.
   Multiple comments are allowed, but each participant will be considered only once. No purchase of any products are necessary for entrance.

4. Prize Details:
The prize includes:

• One double ticket (for two people) to witness Mike Tyson's Netflix Fight in Texas on November 15th, 2024.
• Round-trip transportation (flights or other means) and accommodation for two people in the same room, from November 14th to November 16th, 2024. The total cost for transport and accommodation will not exceed $2,000 USD.

The accommodation and transportation arrangements will be made by the Organizer. The winner must coordinate with the Organizer to finalize travel plans. Any additional expenses beyond the specified amount, including meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and transfers, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Duration

The giveaway will launch on October 14^th at 18.00 CET, and will end October 24^th at 23.59 CET. The winner will be announced on the 25^th of October.

6. Winner Selection:
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• If the fight is canceled or rescheduled due to third-party reasons, the Organizer (BRANDCO DISTRIBUTING SL) is not responsible for any reimbursements or compensation to the winner.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting the winner's ability to attend the event.
• The winner and their guest must comply with all venue rules and event terms.
• The winner may be subject to state and federal taxes based on the value of the prize.

8. Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, Instagram, and any partners, affiliates, or agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. Privacy:
Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize fulfillment.

10. Instagram Disclaimer:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants agree to release Instagram from any liability related to this giveaway.

11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.
